Elpro International increases stake in International Conveyors

Elpro International Limited and persons acting in concert (PACs) have increased their stake in International Conveyors Limited through open market acquisitions. According to disclosures under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Elpro International acquired 33,688 equity shares of International Conveyors. This acquisition raised Elpro International and PACs' combined holding from 4,39,58,497 shares, or 69.36% of the total share/voting capital, to 4,39,92,185 shares, representing 69.41%.
