Bharti Airtel sets record date for dividend payment

Bharti Airtel has announced the record date for the payment of the final dividend on its equity shares, following Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations. Shareholders can anticipate the final dividend payment if their names appear in the register of members/depository records at the close of business hours on Friday, July 18, 2025. For fully paid-up equity shares of face value INR 5 each (ISIN: INE397D01024), the dividend will be INR 16. For partly paid-up equity shares of face value INR 5 each (paid-up INR 1.25 per share) (ISIN: IN9397D01014), the dividend will be INR 4. The decision follows the Board of Directors' recommendation made on May 13, 2025, and is subject to member approval at the company's 30th Annual General Meeting. Dividend payments will be made within 30 days of approval and are subject to applicable tax deductions.
