UPL board to consider audited financial results on May 12

UPL Limited [BSE:UPL] announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 12, 2025, to consider and approve the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The meeting will also address the possibility of recommending a dividend. The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India about the upcoming meeting. UPL has stated that the trading window will open 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
