Petronet LNG announces director change following BPCL superannuation

Krishnakumar (DIN: 09375274) has ceased his role as Nominee Director (BPCL) on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited following his superannuation from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) as Chairman & Managing Director on April 30, 2025. The company also announced the nomination of Shri Sanjay Khanna (DIN: 09485131), Director (Refineries) with additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director, as a Nominee Director of BPCL on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited.
