Ircon secures INR 187m project from KSITIL

IRCON International (BSE:IRCON) announced today that it has received a work order from Kerala State IT Infrastructure Ltd. (KSITIL) for the construction of a Dedicated Rural Industrial Park in Thiruvananthapuram District. The project, valued at INR 187,08,29,148 excluding GST, is expected to be completed within 30 months. This new contract aligns with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. IRCON has confirmed that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in KSITIL, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
