Global health board meeting scheduled for May 15, 2025

Global Health Limited (BSE:MEDANTA) announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for May 15, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also deliberate on recommending a final dividend, if any, to be distributed on the company’s equity shares, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. The company also noted that, in compliance with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations, the trading window for company shares remains closed since April 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are officially declared.
