Chalet Hotels appoints Salil Khare as chief projects officer

Chalet Hotels (BSE: CHALET) announced the appointment of Mr. Salil Khare as its Chief Projects Officer, effective May 5, 2025. This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Khare will also be a member of Senior Management as per Regulation 16 of the Listing Regulations. A seasoned professional, Mr. Khare has over 33 years of experience and holds a MRICS certification, a B.E in Civil Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing. The company has confirmed that there are no relationships between Mr. Khare and any of the company's directors.
