Bata India announces senior management personnel changes

Bata India (BSE: 500043) announced key changes in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP), according to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Mr. Satyam Sharma, Head of Merchandising, has resigned due to personal commitments, with his last day being May 5, 2025. The company announced Mr. Kandarp Asher, currently VP - Replenishment, will take on the role of Category Lead - Merchandising, reporting to Mr. Uttam Kumar, Senior Vice President - Merchandising & Replenishment. Mr. Uttam Kumar will be taking up the responsibilities on or before July 31, 2025. As part of this change, Mr. Asher will cease to be a SMP within the company.
