3M India announces CFO transition; Arora appointed, Balakrishnan continues

3M India (BSE:3MINDIA) announced a change in its key managerial personnel (KMP), according to a regulatory filing. Nikhil Arora has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP, effective May 5, 2025. This follows the cessation of Prasad Balakrishnan's role as interim CFO and KMP on May 4, 2025. Balakrishnan, who served as interim CFO since January 30, 2025, will continue with 3M India as Regional Finance Controller. The company previously notified the stock exchanges of these developments on January 29, 2025, and March 13, 2025. The changes are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
