360 ONE WAM approves reclassification of Promoter Group entities

360 ONE WAM LIMITED [BSE: 542772] today announced that its shareholders have approved the reclassification of certain promoter group entities from the 'Promoter & Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category. The decision, formalized through a postal ballot, saw overwhelming support, with 30,43,72,966 votes cast in favor of the resolution via electronic means, representing 99.46% of valid votes.
