TCS launches AI-powered MasterCraft to modernize legacy systems

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS: BSE), has released an upgraded TCS MasterCraft™ solution incorporating GenAI and Agentic AI, designed to automate and accelerate the modernization of enterprise legacy applications. The company claims this new version can reduce modernization costs by over 70% and achieve results twice as fast as traditional methods. Early results indicate that one North American bank saw a 2X productivity boost and 3X faster delivery using the GenAI-powered TCS MasterCraft. The company highlights that it currently has around 580 business engagements centered on AI. TCS says that it generated consolidated revenues of over USD 30 billion in fiscal year 2025.
