Sunshield Chemicals appoints Naithani & Shetty as auditors

Sunshield Chemicals (BSE: SUNSHIEL) announced the appointment of M/s. Naithani & Shetty Associates as its Secretarial Auditors. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 5th, 2025, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2025-26 and extending up to the financial year 2029-30. The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
