Stove Kraft board meeting scheduled to approve financial results

Stove Kraft Ltd. (BSE: STOVEKRAFT) has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for May 21, 2025. During the meeting, the board will consider and approve the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, the board will discuss and decide on the recommendation of dividends, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This announcement was made to comply with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
