KPIT Technologies to acquire Caresoft's global engineering solutions

KPIT Technologies (BSE: KPITTECH) announced today its acquisition of Caresoft's Global Engineering Solutions business for a maximum consideration of USD191 million, including USD25 million in variable consideration tied to revenue and synergy milestones. The acquisition, approved by KPIT’s Board of Directors on May 6, 2025, will be completed over three years. KPIT will acquire Caresoft Global Technologies (United States), Caresoft Engineering Services Limited (United Kingdom), CAREGLOTECH de RL de CV (Mexico), and OXI SRL (Italy). This move aligns with KPIT's strategic focus on the commercial vehicle segment, leveraging Caresoft’s deep domain knowledge in trucks and off-highway segments while accelerating KPIT's entry into the Chinese market and expanding manufacturing engineering solutions for mobility.
