Jet Airways no longer qualifies as large corporate

Jet Airways (India) Limited (BSE: JETAIRWAYS) announced that it no longer qualifies as a Large Corporate (LC) based on the framework provided in SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172, dated October 19, 2023. As of March 31, 2025, the company is not required to file the disclosures mandated for entities classified as Large Corporates. The announcement was made to the Corporate Relationship Departments of both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on May 5, 2025.
