Avenue Supermarts FY25 revenue jumps 16.7%, store count rises

Avenue Supermarts (BSE: DMART) today announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Total revenue for FY25 reached INR57,790 crore on a standalone basis, a 16.7% increase year-over-year. However, profit after tax (PAT) growth lagged, climbing 8.6% to INR2,927 crore. EBITDA margin contracted to 7.9% from 8.3% the previous year, due to increased competition in the FMCG sector, wage inflation, and continued investments in service improvements and future store openings.
