Triveni Turbine board to consider financial results, dividend

Triveni Turbine Limited (BSE:TRITURBINE) has announced a board meeting scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025, to review and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The company has informed that, in compliance with insider trading regulations, the trading window remains closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective since April 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of the financial results.
