Tech Mahindra acquires Mahindra Racing UK Limited

Tech Mahindra (BSE: 532755) announced the acquisition of 100% shareholding in Mahindra Racing UK Limited (MRUK) via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tech Mahindra London Limited (TMLL). The acquisition, formalized through a Share Purchase Agreement with Mahindra Overseas Investment Company (Mauritius) Limited (MOICML), is valued at GBP 1.2 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025, after which MRUK will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMLL. The company highlights that MRUK participates in Formula Electric World Championships, with a revenue of INR 357.56 crores for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 and net worth of INR 40.56 crores.
