SKF India approves director appointment via postal ballot

SKF India (BSE:SKFINDIA) announced the results of its postal ballot today, revealing strong shareholder support for key resolutions. The appointment of Mr. Shailesh Kumar Sharma as a Director received 99.82% approval from members casting valid votes, totaling 41,303,857. A second resolution to appoint Mr. Sharma as a Whole-time Director for a five-year term also passed with significant backing, securing 99.53% of valid votes cast, at 41,170,868.
