Garden Reach Shipbuilders appoints Cmde Hari P R, IN (Retd.)

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (BSE: GRSE) announced today that Cmde Hari P R, IN (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Director (Corporate Planning and Personnel), effective from May 1, 2025, until July 31, 2025, or until a regular appointment is made. This appointment follows the Ministry of Defence letter dated May 2, 2025, and is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was made by Sandeep Mahapatra, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Garden Reach Shipbuilders.
