Dixon Technologies appoints Manoj Maheshwari as additional non-executive director

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited (BSE: DIXON) announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Maheshwari (DIN No. 02581704) as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, effective May 3, 2025, for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.
