Shyam Metalics board meeting set for May 9th

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited [BSE:SHYAMMETL] announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, May 9, 2025, to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if any. In accordance with the company's insider trading code, the trading window for the company's securities has been closed since April 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchanges.
