Sequent Scientific invests in subsidiary Provet Veteriner

Sequent Scientific, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Alivira Animal Health Limited (AAHL), has invested in Provet Veteriner Urunleri Sanayi Ve Ticatet A. S., Turkey ("Provet"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AAHL. AAHL has been allotted 5700 shares of TL 10000 each in Provet. This investment, amounting to TL 5,70,00,000 (approximately INR 125,400,000), aims to meet operational and working capital requirements within Provet. Sequent Scientific continues to hold 100% shareholding in Provet through AAHL. Provet, incorporated in Turkey in 1995, reported a turnover of TRL 640,826,385 for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, and is involved in the veterinary products business.
