Newgen Software grants 93,300 options under ESOP scheme

Newgen Software Technologies (BSE:NEWGEN) announced the grant of 93,300 options under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022 ("Newgen ESOP Scheme-2022") to identified employees. The grant was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors on May 1, 2025. Each option has an exercise price of INR888. Vesting will occur in stages: 10% at the end of the first year from the grant date, 20% at the end of the second year, 30% at the end of the third year, and the remaining 40% at the end of the fourth year. Employees have five years from the respective vesting dates to exercise their options.
