Jyoti Resins to consider final dividend, audited results

Jyoti Resins and Adhesives Limited (BSE: JYOTIRES) announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for May 8, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also deliberate on the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, on equity shares of INR 10 each for the financial year ended on the same date.
