Indosolar Limited has announced that it is not classified as a Large Corporate (LC) according to the applicability framework outlined in SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144, dated November 26, 2018, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172, dated October 19, 2023. This determination is based on criteria related to fundraising via debt securities. As of March 31, 2025, the company reported NIL outstanding borrowings. The company also stated that it does not have any credit rating and that the above compliance notice has been given to BSE and NSE. This confirmation relieves Indosolar from certain disclosure and compliance requirements applicable to Large Corporates.
