CRISIL AGM approves dividend, director re-appointment, auditor selection

CRISIL Limited (BSE: CRISIL) held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 30, 2025, where shareholders approved several key resolutions. The meeting, conducted via video conferencing, saw the re-appointment of Mr. Girish Ganesan as a Director, as well as the appointment of M/s S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co. (SNACO) as the Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term commencing January 1, 2025.
