Bharat Petroleum announces director changes effective May 1, 2025

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) has announced changes to its board of directors, according to a regulatory filing on May 1, 2025. Shri Krishnakumar Gopalan and Shri Sukhmal Kumar Jain, Director (Marketing), have superannuated from their services at the close of work on April 30, 2025. Shri Sanjay Khanna, Director (Refineries), has been entrusted with the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director from May 1, 2025, as per the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas letter dated April 30, 2025. Additionally, Shri Rajkumar Dubey, Director (Human Resources), has been entrusted with the charge of Director (Marketing) from May 1, 2025.
