Garden Reach to consider audited results, dividend, director's exit

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (BSE:GRSE) has announced a board meeting scheduled for May 12, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
