Mphasis achieves record quarterly EPS, pipeline soars 86% YoY

Mphasis (BSE:MPHASIS) announced strong Q4 FY25 results, marked by record quarterly EPS and significant pipeline expansion. The company's overall pipeline grew by 86% year-over-year and 26% sequentially, driven by BFS (70% YoY growth) and non-BFS sectors (99% YoY growth). New TCV wins reached $390 million, the highest in the past seven quarters, with 59% of TCV wins being AI-led. Direct revenue increased by 3.8% sequentially and 6.8% YoY in constant currency. Despite macroeconomic uncertainties, EBIT margin remained stable at 15.3%. The board recommended a dividend of INR 57 per share for the full year. For FY26, Mphasis expects to outperform industry growth, maintaining an EBIT operating margin between 14.75% and 15.75%.
