DOMS Industries extends Pioneer acquisition deadline to July 31

DOMS Industries announced that the acquisition of an additional 13.0% stake in Pioneer Stationery Private Limited has been extended to July 31, 2025, from the original deadline of April 30, 2025. This extension, mutually agreed upon between Gala Group Shareholders and DOMS Industries, pertains to a subsidiary of the company. The company stated that all other details from their previous letter dated March 27, 2025, reference number DIL/SE/24-25/96, remain unchanged. The initial letter covered the Board of Directors' approval of the acquisition. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
