Uno Minda issues INR 100 crore commercial paper

Uno Minda Limited (BSE:UNOMINDA) announced today the issuance and allotment of Commercial Papers (CPs) amounting to INR 100,00,00,000/-. This issuance, conducted through a private placement, is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
