Tata Steel announces senior management changes effective May 1

Tata Steel (BSE: TATASTEEL) announced changes in its senior management personnel effective May 1, 2025. Mr. Chanakya Chaudhary, Vice President - Corporate Services, will retire. Mr. D. B. Sundara Ramam, currently Vice President - Raw Materials, will assume the role of Vice President - Corporate Services, while Mr. Sandeep Kumar has been appointed Vice President - Raw Materials. Additionally, Ms. Atrayee Sanyal, Vice President - Human Resource Management, will be redesignated as Chief People Officer for the Tata Steel Group, overseeing HR aspects across all Tata Steel locations. These changes are in line with Regulations 30 and 51 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
