Mphasis Q4 revenue jumps; names new company secretary

Mphasis Limited (BSE: MPHASIS), an IT solutions provider specializing in cloud and cognitive services, announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, alongside a change in company leadership. Gross revenue for Q4 FY25 grew 8.9% year-over-year to INR 37.175 billion, with full-year revenue up 6.7% to INR 142.2 billion. Net profit for the year increased 9.5% to INR 17.021 billion, resulting in an EPS of INR 89.9, a 9.1% increase. The Board has recommended a dividend of INR 57 per share, pending shareholder approval.
