Maruti Suzuki appoints Koichi Suzuki as non-executive director

Maruti Suzuki India (BSE:MARUTI) announced key changes in its board of directors, as well as financial results and strategic decisions. The company approved the appointment of Koichi Suzuki (DIN: 11061966) as a Non-executive Director, effective April 26, 2025, succeeding Kinji Saito (DIN: 00049067) who resigned due to the withdrawal of his nomination by Suzuki Motor Corporation. Approval of the Members for this appointment will be sought through postal ballot. Also, RMG & Associates, Company Secretaries, New Delhi (Firm Registration No.: P2001DE016100) was appointed Secretarial Auditors of the Company for audit period of 5 consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
