JSW Steel subsidiary's resolution plan approved

JSW Steel Limited (BSE: JSWSTEEL) announced today that the resolution plan submitted by its wholly-owned subsidiary, JSW Steel Coated Products Limited ("JSWSCPL"), for Colour Roof India Limited ("Corporate Debtor"), has been approved by the committee of creditors. The resolution plan was initially submitted on July 01, 2024, and subsequently amended on April 18, 2025. JSWSCPL received a letter of intent on April 25, 2025, confirming that JSWSCPL is now declared the successful resolution applicant. The closure of the transaction is contingent upon obtaining necessary approvals from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. This information is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
