Apar Industries board meeting set for May 14, 2025

Apar Industries has announced a board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2025, to review and approve the annual audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025 (2024-25). The board will also consider approving the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 (2024-25). Additionally, the board will deliberate on the recommendation of a dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the financial year 2024-25. The company previously informed the exchanges about the closure of the trading window, which will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration/publication of the fourth quarter and financial year results, now extending to May 16, 2025. This announcement was made to comply with Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
