PI Industries' credit ratings reaffirmed by CRISIL

PI Industries (BSE: PIIND) announced today that CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its long-term and short-term credit ratings. The long-term rating remains at CRISIL AA+/Stable (Reaffirmed), while the short-term rating stands at CRISIL A1+ (Reaffirmed). This reaffirmation follows a review under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company formally disclosed the rating reaffirmation to the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange.
