Havells India announces book closure, AGM date, dividend

** Havells India has announced the book closure dates and record date related to its upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from May 26, 2025, to May 30, 2025. The record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend is May 25, 2025. The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, June 17, 2025. If declared, the dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as of May 25, 2025. The company's board has recommended a final dividend of INR 6.00 per equity share of INR 1/- each for the financial year 2024-25. Havells has notified the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited of these dates.
