Varun Beverages board meeting scheduled for April 30, 2025

Varun Beverages (BSE:VBL) announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The meeting will also address the potential declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025. In addition, the company has clarified that the trading window, which was previously closed on April 1, 2025, will remain closed until May 2, 2025, following the public announcement of the financial results. The company also specified that it operates on a January-to-December financial year, aligning with Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013.
