Tata Consumer Products announces dividend amid strong financial results

Tata Consumer Products (TATACONSUM) has announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, culminating in a recommended dividend of Rs. 8.25 per equity share. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on April 22, 2025 and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors on April 23, 2025. The company's consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter stood at INR 4,608 Cr, a 17% increase year-over-year.
