Tata Communications expands with new subsidiary, stock options, and more

Tata Communications (BSE: TATACOMM) has announced the incorporation of TC (Shanghai) Network Services Company Limited ("TCSNSCL"), a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary. The Certificate of Incorporation was issued on April 22, 2025, by the Administration for Market Regulation of Lin-gang New Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. TCSNSCL's registered capital is RMB 10 million, and its business includes value-added telecommunications services and general projects such as software development and technology transfer.
