Sundram Fasteners board to consider second interim dividend

Sundram Fasteners Limited [BSE: SUNDRMFAST] has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 30, 2025, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. During the meeting, the board will also consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year. As previously communicated on March 28, 2025, the trading window for designated persons and connected individuals remains closed from March 31, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results, concluding on May 5, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
