Indosolar submits annual reports, plans production facility restart

INDOSOLAR (BSE: INDOSOLAR) has submitted its annual reports for the financial years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, outlining plans to restart a manufacturing facility and regularizing its operations after emerging from its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). As part of this move, the company has scheduled an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for May 9, 2025, to address key resolutions, including the appointment and regularization of directors like Hitesh Chimanlal Doshi (as Managing Director), Viren Chimanlal Doshi, and independent directors Jayesh Dhirajlal Shah, Anita Jaiswal and Nilesh Bhogilal Gandhi. Shareholders will also be asked to ratify related party transactions from the fiscal years 2022-2023 to 2024-2025. Moreover, members will be asked to approve an increase to the Company's overall borrowing limit, to potentially facilitate further investment into the production facility. As part of the company's efforts to streamline internal operations, also on the agenda is the regularization of S. G. C. O. & CO, LLP. as statutory auditors.
