Hindustan Zinc to consider audited results on April 25

Hindustan Zinc (BSE: HINDZINC) announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, April 25, 2025, to review and potentially approve the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2025. The company also reminded stakeholders that the trading window remains closed for designated persons, commencing on April 1, 2025, and extending through April 27, 2025, as per SEBI's insider trading regulations. This restriction is in accordance with the company's Insider Trading Prohibition Code and SEBI guidelines.
