HDFC Bank allots 3,323,446 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank (BSE:HDFCBANK) announced today the allotment of 3,323,446 equity shares to its employees under the Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS). Following this allotment, the bank's paid-up share capital will increase from INR7,652,221,674 to INR7,655,545,120 consisting of shares with a face value of INR1 each. The company has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited of the allotment, requesting that the information be recorded.
