Dalmia Bharat approves audited results, recommends dividend for FY25

Dalmia Bharat's board of directors, in its meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, approved the audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Acting on the audit committee's recommendation, the board suggested a final dividend of INR5 per equity share, which represents 250% on the face value of INR2 each, subject to shareholder approval during the next Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company is yet to decide on the date for conducting the AGM to discuss the year ended March 31, 2025, along with the date for dividend payments and dispatching dividend warrants to shareholders. Additionally, the Board Meeting commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:10 P.M. Statutory Auditors Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP issued unmodified audit reports and those reports can be found on the company website, as required by regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations.
