Adani Green arm inks 1,250 MW power purchase deal

Adani Green Energy, via its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Adani Hydro Energy Five Limited, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited ("UPPCL") for the supply of 1,250 MW of energy storage capacity from pumped hydro storage projects. The agreement, formalized on April 23, 2025, underscores Adani Green Energy's commitment to expanding its renewable energy footprint and contributing to India's energy storage capabilities. This intimation is under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
