Saurav Mitra appointed director (finance) and CFO of Petronet LNG

Petronet LNG Limited (BSE: PETRONET) has announced the appointment of Shri Saurav Mitra (DIN: 07684414) as Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer (whole-time KMP), effective April 22, 2025. This follows the company's earlier disclosure on April 16, 2025. Mitra's tenure is set for five years, concluding on April 21, 2030. At 56 years old, Mitra brings over three decades of experience, including leadership positions at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Lanka IOC PLC. He holds 100 equity shares in Petronet LNG Limited. The announcement was made by Company Secretary Rajan Kapur.
