Indian Oil announces senior management change

Indian Oil Corporation (BSE: IOC) announced a change in its senior management, effective April 21, 2025. Shri Saurav Mitra, previously Executive Director (Internal Audit) and a member of Indian Oil's senior management (one level below the Board of Directors), has ceased his role following his appointment as Director (Finance) on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The company has officially communicated the change to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited.
